The MSL charge schedule is in place to meet the lab mandate to "recover instrument operation expenses". Rates are # of units per sample - A unit is $10 for on campus groups or schools in Kansas.

EI = 1 unit	CI = 1 unit	GC = 2 units	FAB = 1 unit	Exact Mass = 2 units/ peak
ESI = 1.5 units	Trap ESI = 2 units	MS/MS = $75/hour	HPLC/MS = $70/hour	Wet Lab Work = $25/hour
